What's a Wowel?
Waterproof + Towel = Wowel
Note: As a five-year-old reminded me, one side is waterproof but the other is terry so your Wowel will get wet if both sides get wet.
What a Wowel made of?
The Wowel is made out of a plush terry cotton fabric with a waterproof eco-friendly 1 mil PUL backing keeping the terry side dry, sand-free, and most importantly you dry! Put on a Wowel and you can sit on anything (couch, car seat) and it won't get wet!
What is eco-friendly 1 mil PUL?
This PUL (polyurethane laminate) is from metals, phthalates and latex. This system is considered the "green" way of lamination. it is made in USA.
Where is a Wowel made?
Your Wowel is proudly made in Fall River, Massachusetts.
How can I wash my Wowel?
Your Wowel is machine washable and can be put in the dryer! Does it get any easier than that?
Tip: Because the Wowel is so luxurious there will be a lot of link in the dryer for a spell.
Are Wowel towels customizable?
This is a work in progress for small orders- don't worry we are on it. For larger orders, 60+, please contact Virge at wowel@wowelusa.com or 401.378.8559 and we can figure it out. We will make our customers happy and satisfied and ready for adventures.
How can I use my Wowel?

What if my dog eats my Wowel?
Step 1: Call a Vet. Step 2: Call us, you’ll need a new one.
Shipping & Returns
Do you take returns?
In the event you would like to exchange or return a product, Wowel will gladly provide an exchange or merchandise credit for up to 30 days from receipt of your order for any unwashed, unused items.
With respect to any defective product, we will, in our sole discretion, either replace the product or refund the purchase price of the product.

How much does shipping cost?
We are charging a flat rate of $8.75 for shipping on all orders. Shipping is extremely complicated and we have been working diligently on getting our customers the best prices.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 2-4 business days. However, we have had packages take longer depending on where you live and how busy delivery is at the time.
If I live near East Greenwich, RI can I pick up my Wowel(s)?
Absolutely! Contact me at 401.378.8559 or at wowel@wowelusa.com. If we are able to connect the shipping charge will be refunded to you.
Are the notes that come with my Wowel actually handwritten?
Yes! The joy that you bring us in purchasing our product is always worthy of a handwritten note.
